The Annual General Meeting of the Fleurieu Peninsula Family History Group will be held on Saturday November 21st 2009 at the Trinity Uniting Church Hall, William Road, Christies Beach commencing with a luncheon at 12:00 noon. The meeting proper will begin at 1:30pm, and will include elections for the positions of Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. Members will be notified by email of the nominations once all have been received. Nominations for the above positions should reach the Vice-President by close of business on 7th November. Voting is open to all financial members of the group. Proxy votes will only be accepted via the appropriate form, duly completed and signed, and which are delivered to the Returning Officer prior to the commencement of the elections.  Members attending the luncheon are requested to bring either a sweet or savory plate.
